Since joining the clinic, she has continued to develop her musculoskeletal expertise through the clinic’s structured training programme, including spinal mobilisation, soft tissue therapy, peripheral joint assessment, and progressive rehabilitation for post-operative and sports-related injuries.
Orla has a developing clinical interest in pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, supporting women experiencing pelvic and lower back pain during pregnancy. Her approach focuses on safe movement, symptom management, and maintaining strength and function throughout pregnancy within a musculoskeletal physiotherapy scope.
Orla takes a practical, exercise-focused approach to rehabilitation, helping patients restore movement, strength, and confidence as they return to everyday activity and sport.
Outside of work, Orla plays camogie for her local club and enjoys gym training and walking her dogs.
